My role
I support companies in growth phases, during transformations and in succession situations. I contribute experience in governance, finance, compliance and stakeholder management, and above all a deep understanding of how industrial value creation works.

- Malik certification
- Many years as managing director with full P&L responsibility
- Honorary judge at the German Labour Court
- Member of the metal industry collective bargaining committee, Schleswig-Holstein
- Member of an examination board of the Chamber of Industry and Commerce (IHK)
